Invoking the screen
To go to the Requisition Report screen click Reports on the main menu and select the Requisition Summary Scan option. Perform Search and click on a hyperlink provided in the records displayed in the data grid.

On the Requisition Report screen, the data grid is displayed based on the same search criteria as the Requisition Summary Scan – Search screen. An additional search criteria is included depending upon the hyperlink which is clicked on the Search screen.
The data displayed in the data grid is as follows:
Ship Number
Ship Name
Requisition Number
Sequence Number
Requisition Status
Requisition Type
Requisition Date
Priority
Checkbox is provided against each record displayed in the grid so as to enable the user to choose multiple requisition records for viewing.
The user is also provided with two buttons:
1. Back button
Display button
On click of the Back button, the user is taken back to the Requisition Summary Scan – Search screen. On the other hand, clicking the Display button takes the user to the Requisition Display screen, which is available in read-only mode.
